Maurice Moore

Maurice Moore

Maurice Moore is in his first season as an assistant coach for the Trinity S.A.S basketball organization. Moore came to Trinity after spending a year as an Assistant Coach for Bellview Christian High School in Denver Colorado. Previous to that, Moore was the Assistant Coach for Seaside High School in Seaside California in 2006. His Seaside team won their conference championship and went on to the California State playoffs. Moore has spent several years working with teens in some capacity. In 2001 he began working with Teens in Group Homes as a Head Counselor. In 2005 He began working for the YMCA of Metro Houston in Texas. In 2006 Moore moved on to work at the Boys and Girls Club in Monterey California. Moore currently works as Site Director for the YMCA of Metro Denver in Colorado. Moore is also currently working as a player development coach for Stanley Lake High School in Westminster Colorado. He’s been happily married to Natalie K. Moore since August 21 2004. Moore graduated with a degree in sociology at San Jose State University in San Jose California. He played basketball under Phil Johnson, former NBA assistant and national Champion Assistant at University of Arizona. He was a student athlete and played basketball for two years at San Jose State University. Moore has played three years of Semi professional basketball for teams in the ABA and the IBL. Moore has also won a state championship in High School for Washington Union High School in Fresno California in 1999. Maurice Moore was born in Monterey California on April 19th, 1981.
